Oil Free Cashew Caesar Dressing { V + GF }


  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in hot water for 30 minutes

  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup water , can be reserved from soaking

  • 1 tsp. minced garlic

  • 1 tsp. capers

  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice

  • 1 tsp. vegan worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1/4 tsp. himalayan pink salt

  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper


1. Add all ingredients except water to a food processor and begin blending.

2. Slowly add 1/2 cup of water and blend until smooth, making sure to scrape down the sides in the process. Add up to 1/3 cup more until desired consistency.

3. Store in the fridge in an airtight container or mason jar. It will thicken once it has set, if you prefer it thinner just add a little water and stir to loosen it up until you get the consistency back.
