Cheesy Cashew Cream {WFPB}


  • 130g raw cashews

  • 1 cup hot water

  • 1 1/4 cup plain unsweetened plant milk

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tsp. ground paprika

  • 1 tsp. pink salt

  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper


1. In a medium bowl, soak cashews with hot water for at least 1 hour.

2. Once soaked, drain cashews and add to a high speed blender. Pour in milk and blend on high for a minutes. return to low and add all spices. Slowly bring blender back up to high speed. Let blender run until mixture is smooth and no longer grainy. I like to let my go for 2-3 minutes.
